Following the final shoot, you can receive a USB with all of the photographs from all of the shoots, as well as a beautiful presentation case. Any combination of maternity, infant, baby, boy, or family photography may be used in a shoot. Documenting a baby's first year is a common option, and it typically involves a "bump" shoot, a newborn shoot, and then baby shoots at 3 months, 6 months (or when the baby can sit unassisted), and 1 year (or when the baby is toddling, at which point we have the option to hold the shoot outdoors), 2 shoots for £575 with a minimum of 120 images, 3 shoots for £775 with a minimum of 180 images A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE MANY TYPES OF PREGNANCY SHOOT PHOTOGRAPHY Pregnancy is such a gift, and even though I've had two children, seeing pictures of my 'bump' never fails to amaze me! Photographing a pregnancy (especially in the final trimester) is not only a wonderful keepsake for you, but also an amazing moment to share with your future children.

These photoshoots are great for baby shower gifts! PHOTOGRAPHY/NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY Newborn photo shoots are a lovely way to capture pictures of your baby when he or she is still young... they grow up way too quickly! "Posed" newborn photography and "lifestyle" newborn photography are the two forms of newborn photography. In most cases, posed shoots are completed within two weeks of the baby's birth. At this age, babies are very sleepy and "mouldable." These photos are taken in a studio environment with props (usually provided by the photographer; blankets, wraps, caps, etc.) and carefully edited afterward to achieve a flawless result. Lifestyle shoots are a more natural approach to newborn photography in which the baby is photographed in his or her natural environment, often with parents and siblings. Babies of all ages are welcome to participate in these sessions. My newborn photography is traditionally 'lifestyle,' resulting in natural and relaxed photographs of you and your infant. A CHILD'S PHOTOGRAPHY The best child portraiture pictures are made by arranging ahead of time when to shoot and what to wear, and then letting the kids do what they do best, which is to be kids. There isn't any modelling going on here.

 My child portraiture sessions have included fairy spotting, troll hunting, den building, flower picking, stick throwing, tree climbing, leaf collecting, and dancing. I even get the inside scoop on my favorite animals, the nicest teachers, the coolest toys, and the best games, among other things:-) We get beautifully candid portraits as a result of this approach, which show genuine smiles and laughter, as well as a number of other expressions like focus, thoughtfulness, mischievousness, and innocence. A FAMILY'S PHOTOGRAPHY So many of my photo bookings come from families that don't have any decent family photos... usually because one of the parents is stuck behind the camera! I focus the light to ensure that the shots are well lit and composed, but I avoid posing so that I can capture you all in the most natural way possible. Clients may have an idea for an outdoor location, but if they don't, I'm sure I can come up with something! Families may be small (a parent and infant, for example) or huge (including friends, cousins, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and even pets!) It's worth considering what to wear because clients who invest in professional photography will have their images displayed on their walls for years to come. This is a subject on which I am frequently questioned. Find the following suggestions: You should, first and foremost, feel at ease. Yorkshire's outdoor shoots can be cold, so wear plenty of clothing! This is particularly true for children younger than ten years old. Choose clothing that is indicative of your personality. Choose clothes that you'd like to wear on days when you're not scheduled for a shoot, even though it seems obvious. Avoid using large logos, strong branding, and busy patterns. To the photo shoot, bring your own accessories (hats are a personal favorite). They're perfect for adding a touch of color to my pictures and encouraging me to take more of them.

Scarves, pashminas, ponchos, tutus, and costume jewellery have all been seen in the past to great effect. Group shots look amazing when everyone is dressed in a similar style and color palette. Co-ordination, rather than matching, is an option. Look at your living room. Following that, I go through each picture individually to ensure it's in good working order before uploading it to your online gallery for viewing. On average, editing takes about 2 weeks, but if you need your images sooner, please let me know and I'll do my best to fulfil your needs. After the shoot, the images will be selected and edited and submitted to an online viewing gallery to which you will be given a five-digit code. You can pick one of the three choices above if you want any or all of the images.
